Villas in Ovacik can have an old look or contemporary but not many have this design . A villa with real character. The archways and door facings are unique as they are made from Cappadocia stone. A beautiful stone used to decorate Mosques, churches etc but not generally villas. The builder of these villas gave no thought to expense and definitely focused on quality.

The gardens

The property sits on just over  a 4000ms plot. There are a total of 12 detached villas. The smaller villas are to the front with these larger villas elevated up offering stunning views. The gardener lives onsite so the gardens are 100% 12 months of the year and always looking incredible. Palm trees are everywhere. What is very important is every villa has their own designated garden area. This villa also has it’s own large garden shed.

The pool is very large with a kids paddling pool also. From the tiled area around the pool you have amazing views over the valley of Ovacik and there is a Sea View on a good day. The property

So we have a triplex property that sits on it’s own over looking the pool and gardens. It is set back so you have your privacy! The villa has as stated the lovely stone curved terraces that give this real character. We have a ground floor terrace, a middle floor terrace and a roof terrace. let’s start from the middle level. On entering the property we have a good size lounge. Some of the other villas have a kitchen in this area also but the previous owners opted to have a larger lounge and one less bedroom. It works as you will see by the photos.

The lounge has a stone fireplace used as a design feature. There are double doors that lead you from the lounge to the most beautiful terrace . This terrace over looks the pool and gardens and has a good view over the valley of Ovacik. This is definitely a place that would be used more than others. It is quite beautiful as it is shaded and has great protection from the hot summer sun. Of course the stunning archways add to the experience.

The lounge also has a shared toilet on this level.

Upper level

If we carry on upstairs we have two double bedrooms that are both en suite with shower rooms. One is double bed and one is twin beds. They both have double doors leading onto what is quite stunning, a massive roof terrace with what has to be one of the best views in the area. A sea view is seen on a good day.

The mountains, forest and valley are all perfect with nothing disturbing these wonderful views. This is the area to sunbathe! Photos can never do this spot in the property justice. Villas in Ovacik do not come much better if you are looking for a property that offers different spots for different tastes. The sunset is direct in front of this whole villa so it does not matter where you are sitting you will see a fantastic sunset.

Lower level

The lower level is actually the ground floor level as the property is elevated. We have an open kitchen on this floor with a bedroom that is also en suite. Both rooms have double doors on to yet another large stone archway terrace. There is a gate from here to the garden and also this is the location of the built in stone BBQ. Again this area over looks the pool and gardens and is the ideal spot for breakfast, dinner or lunch.

There is so so much more we can say about this property but we feel viewing is a must to get a good understanding on how much a good property investment you will be making.

The Surrounding location

The villa is between Oludeniz and Fethiye. To the right we go 15 minutes to Fethiye which has a stunning promenade, Marina, parks and a great old town that is beautiful. Oludeniz beach is 15 minutes the opposite direction. Famous for it’s beach and Blue lagoon. From the villa you can watch the paragliders jump off the Babadağ mountain.  Also we are situated in Ovacik which has many good restaurants and plenty of shops. Hisaronu resort is only 10 minutes away which offers, clubs, bars, restaurants and great nightlife if you want it. The villa is in a quiet spot so you can choose to visit the lively resorts when you wish. The Orka World Aquapark again is a 5 minutes drive away so we are situated in a very local position.
