If you purchase property which can be one property or a collective of properties that are worth $400.000 or more then you are elegible to apply for citizenship in Türkiye! Türkiye allows dual nationality so you can keep your own passport also from your homeland.

How does it work?
- Purchase a property or multiple properties to the value of $400.000 or more. We at Coast2Coast properties with the help of our solicitors will help you through the whole buying process.
- A valuation report will be done to acess all properties or one meet the above criteria.
- The valuation report with $400.000 must be transfered to a Turkish bank and exchanged to Turkish lira. This is proof we need to apply for your citizenship! Certificate of conformity.
- We gather all required documentation and apply to the Directorate general of Migration Management on your behalf.
- The process takes approx 3 months.
All new citizens need to keep their properties for a minimum of 3 years. Your citizenship is for life so if you sell your property after the 3 years it does NOT effect your status here in Türkiye.
The applicants, spouse and chidren under 18 years old are also granted citizenship!
Citizenship is a lifetime guarantee and any chidren born after you receive it become Turkish citizens also.
