VIEWING TRIPS WITH COAST2COAST PROPERTIES TURKEY
IS A VIEWING TRIP RIGHT FOR YOU?
Your time in Turkey is precious so when viewing properties of your choice, make sure you are 100% completely satisfied with the properties you have chosen to view.
You will probably view a large amount of properties on multiple websites and talk to the advertising agent to gain further information. Please be aware of agents who seem to talk positive about almost any type of property you are enquiring about, encouraging you to view. A good agent will listen thoroughly, take your personalised, detailed specification requirements including minimum and maximum budget and advise you truthfully about any property you enquire about, based on your personal details provided.
Various agents will entice you to Turkey and proceed to showcase properties outside your budget and personal criteria. We at Coast2Coast Properties Turkey compile a thorough detailed report for our records and make a conscious effort to build a good relationship with all our customers.
Once ALL parties are happy with their choice of properties to view, we then accept our customer as a candidate for a qualified viewing trip. It will end when you have viewed all the properties you wish to view.
WHAT HAPPENS ON A VIEWING TRIP
Once travel arrangements have been agreed (booked and secured by yourself) with date and time of arrival confirmed, we will make all the necessary arrangements for viewings. Or, if you prefer, we are here to help and arrange any accommodation of your choice and advise of flight costs, times, most suitable airline and of course the closest airport depending on time of year.
1st Day of Viewing Trip
- You will be collected from your accommodation by Ronnie Higgins and Nilay Zengin, partners of Coast2Coast Properties Turkey, at a time agreed.
- Depending on your preference, you can choose to have breakfast at your accommodation, or Ronnie will recommend a local cafe or restaurant to have breakfast together.
- During breakfast or upon pick up, Ronnie and Nilay will run through the detailed itinerary for the day with properties to be viewed.
- Whist driving to the properties to be viewed, Ronnie and Nilay will also (if you wish) show you around the area, giving you their expertise knowledge about facilities, local hospitals, restaurants etc. In fact anything you wish to know about the area we can advise.
- LUNCHT TIME. Either you have chosen to finish viewings for the day by lunchtime or wish to continue. This we appreciate depends on weather conditions and personal choice. Often or not during high season, many people feel totally drained by lunch time due to the heat. If you have chosen to continue after lunch to view more properties we can find a place to discuss properties you have viewed that morning.
- Depending on your personal choice, you will either return to your accommodation or continue with property viewings in the afternoon.
- Following completion of viewings for the day. Ronnie will drive you to your accommodation or if you prefer an eatery of your choice.
2nd & 3rd Day of Viewing Trips.
As day one, depending on if you see a property you wish to consider purchasing, your day will be re-scheduled as appropriate, to accommodate the purchasing procedure or if required second and third viewings of the property of your choice.
