From this point the villa itself is very imposing. The pool is directly at the front of the villa and gets sun all day. This location is wonderful. The pool area is fully tiled and there is easy access to the pool itself with many steps.

Adjacent to the pool is the BBQ area which is a permanent feature. Ideal for entertaining around the pool. The views from this spot are of the Babadağ mountains.

The back garden area of the villa is a blank canvas and has great potential. It is closed off and very private!

The villa

The villa has a large porch/terrace which has tables and chairs over looking the pool and garden area. A great place to chill in the shade out of the hot summer sun . You can enter the property from this area as there are doors leading you to the lounge area and to the kitchen area. As stated before Villas for sale in Ovacik do not come this size anymore. If you enter from the main entrance the sheer size catches you first.

A large open plan lounge and separate kitchen will surprise you. The lounge has a built in working fireplace. There as stated are double doors leading you from the lounge area to the Terrace but there is also a super terrace with entrance from the lounge to the back of the property. This is quite exceptional with fantastic views over the mountains and back gardens. A very private spot in the villa. The lounge is large and the owners incorporated large quality floor tiles throughout this space and also the kitchen and hallway areas.

Adjacent to the lounge you will see there is a top quality kitchen and dinning area. This space again is very large. The standard and workmanship of the kitchen is superb. It has built in Microwave,  fridge freezer, dish washer to name a few and other large appliances are also included. The worktop , sink unit, fixture and fittings are all at a very high specification. Not only that it looks absolutely beautiful with great tiled splash back complimenting the whole kitchen area, a must to see! If you are a kitchen person you will love spending time in this one.

There is a door leading from the kitchen directly to the terrace and swimming pool areas.  We also have a shared toilet on the ground level.

The upper floor

We have wide spiral stairs leading us to the top floor level.

Here we have 3 double bedrooms and a shared shower room. The master bedroom is huge and is not only en suite but it has a lovely vanity area separate from the rest of the room. Please bare in mind that the property comes partially furnished and there are lot’s of large furnishings in the property. This bedroom also has a balcony which has great mountain views and over looks the pool and garden areas at the front of the property. The en suite is a shower room with vanity unit and again like most areas of the villa all fitted out to a high standard and looking beautiful

We have another double bedroom to the front of the property again with great light coming in and fantastic mountain views and views of the pool and gardens.

The third bedroom has twin beds, comes furnished and has a small  balcony to the back of the property with again great views.

The hallway at the top of the stairs is a large area and also has adjacent a very modern and new shared shower room and just like the en suite shower room it is very classy with vanity unit and tiled floor to ceiling.

Separate apartment

We have another separate apartment in the lower level of the villa. Steps go from the pool area down to this apartment which is totally private and has a small garden area also. This comprises of a lounge and open plan kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and a shared shower room.

This part of the property is ideal if you have a large family or if you have friends overnight who can be self contained in their own apartment.

The location

Ovacik is located between Fethiye town and Hisaronu. The local transport takes approximately 20 minutes to Fethiye and 10 minutes to Hisaronu although it is very easy to walk to Hisaronu. Oludeniz resort and beach is also close approximately 15 minutes by bus also so the villa is situated in a fantastic location.

Ovacik has many great restaurants, cafes and bars and not to be missed for the adults and children is the Aquapark. Hisaronu is the entertainment area in terms of bars, clubs, restaurants and many dance places which are usually rocking till the early hours.  Oludeniz has the famous blue lagoon and Belçekiz beach to offer. The town of Fethiye offers, parks, old town, marina, stunning promenade, cafes and restaurants and many more, just outstandingly beautiful!
