There are 2 levels on the complex and this property is on the higher level. That offers you the most outstanding views. You can enter directly if you wish from the top road or the lower level. The lower level has stone steps that lead to the entrance which is middle level of the villa. On entry you have an open plan lounge and American style kitchen area. Because we have already entered at the middle level we have stairs leading back to the ground floor level inside and also to the top floor.

The lounge is a good size with a Capaddocia stone feature fireplace central to the room. This property comes fully furnished and many of the items are hand made and personally designed! Adjacent to the lounge we have the open kitchen which has a built in oven, hob, extractor fan and tall fridge freezer. The door from the kitchen and the lounge lead to the most beautiful large balcony/terrace. If you have a large family or like to entertain you have the space not only here but on all floors.

The current owner has made one end private with comfy sofas and chairs and it is All inclusive and staying at the villa. The other end we have table and chairs with great views of the gardens and swimming pool areas. This is not like sitting on a normal terrace, the Character of the stone archways makes this a very pleasurable area to sit in the villa day or night.

The marble staircase leads you to the top floor bedrooms. We have 2 double bedrooms all furnished and both are en suite with shower rooms that have shower cubicles and tiled floor to ceiling. But, the main feature is the large roof terrace from one of the bedrooms. It is fantastic and the views, ( a sea view on a good day) are outstanding. You can see as far as Ölüdeniz beach resort to the left and the town of Fethiye to the right. Direct you have what is probably one of the best sunsets over the valley of Ovacik you are likely to see from here. The photos are stunning but you need to view this property to fully appreciate the description!

We also have another bedroom on the ground floor and  another small lounge area. The bedroom is a double again and also en suite with a washroom tiled floor to ceiling. Both rooms again have double doors leading onto a large Terrace the same size as the one above. The views are of the front garden and the ideal spot to be in the hot summer months. Again, stunning archways giving character. There is access to the garden and the stone built in BBQ area. This is also the way to the pool area.

The gardens and location

These gardens are quite beautiful. The gardener also has a property on site so they are maintained 12 months of the year. Yes these gardens look like this even in the winter period. This also means there is 24 hours security plus a handyman on site at all times. The pool is large and with also a kiddies pool area. There is no problem for space as the gardens and pool areas are really large so plenty room for your sun loungers, again great views of the valley even from the pool area.

The local transport is 2 minutes walk where you can bus into Hisarönü under 10 minutes, Ölüdeniz 15 minutes or the opposite way the beautiful town of Fethiye 25 mins away. There are great restaurants, Aquapark, cafes and bars in the Ovacik area or clubs and dancing in the other resorts. All good for a visit. But, the villa Utopia is set in a quiet location and the ideal location away from the noise, but if you need it you are close bye.
