The property

We have a Semi Detached 3 bedroom, 4 toilet villa which has three levels. 9 Villas in total so not a massive complex. They all share lovely gardens and a swimming pool. They also all have private entrances!

The ground level offers us the lounge, open kitchen and toilet. The lounge is a good size with double doors leading you onto a good size balcony that overlooks the pool and garden areas.  Bare in mind Villas Oakle comes FULLY FURNISHED! This is a turn key property! The lounge area is bright and very welcoming. There is a feature fireplace that is for decoration purposes only! The kitchen is open plan with space for a dining table adjacent. We have ample storage space. This kitchen again comes fully furnished with built in appliances, oven, hob, extractor, washing machine and tall fridge freezer. It is finished off with a black marble work surface and tiled backsplash. The 2 large windows in this space guarantee good lighting.

Adjacent to the kitchen we also have a ground floor shared toilet!

The marble staircase leads us to the next 2 levels. The first upper level comprises of 2 double bedrooms which are both en suite and having their own balconies. Bedroom one has a balcony to the back of the property offering great shade in the summer months. Again wardrobes, cabinets and beds are all inclusive of the sale! The en suite here has a shower cubicle, Wc and vanity unit. The vanity unit has storage and is very nice with sink, mirror and lighting. The floors and walls are all ceramic also.

Bedroom two is a larger room with double doors to a good size balcony that again faces the pool and garden areas. This balcony gets the sun till evening time. A large room with furnishings again included. Of course this is also en suite. This shower room has sliding glass doors and is double sized. Again another vanity unit with storage , lighting and mirror. This room is tiled floor to ceiling and very beautifully finished off.

The hallway we need to add on this level is eye catching with winding marble stairs and modern chrome handrails.

We then reach the top floor which is beautiful. A large open bedroom with a roof terrace! This is very private and walled off so ideal for sunbathing. The views over Calis are excellent from this terrace. Alternatively relax and watch the stunning sunsets Calis has to offer! Again we have big furnishings and plenty of storage all inclusive! The gardens and location

As you can see there are 9 villas. Villa Oakle is just attached to one other and they stand alone over looking the swimming pool area. There is also a kids pool next to the main pool. The area around the pool is all marble and there is lot’s of room for sun loungers and umbrellas. There are gardens with palm trees and also a small football area if your the energetic type. Maintenance is kept to a minimum with the site having it’s own water well so perfect for the gardens and pool.

The villa as stated is in one of the main locations in this area. It is in the heart of everything! The main beach is Calis beach 8 minutes walk. Calis has so many bars and restaurants now you are spoilt for choice. Fethiye which is not far on the local bus service is a must to visit also. It has a great promenade which you can also walk to from Calis. It is quite outstanding scenery on the way. There is also a cycle lane that takes you from this resort to Fethiye taking you through beautiful parks and sea views all the way.
