It all flows really well. plenty off light come through the windows and doors that lead you directly from the lounge and kitchen to an amazing chill out porch that over looks the pool and gardens. The property faces south so it has sun on every room and gardens most of the day.

The kitchen is modern and sleek and has lot’s of storage space. Built in appliances like cooker, Micro, oven and hob are included. There is a black marble worktop and beautiful back splash and if that was not all, we also have a breakfast bar that matches the kitchen top also and giving more work space.  This level we also have a share toilet space!

A stunning marble staircase leads us to the middle floor where we have 2 double bedrooms that are both en suite. What we would call the master bedroom is amazing. A great size, actually the size of two rooms. It has an en suite shower room that is just beautiful. This room faces the forest and mountains and has two balconies with those great views.  The other bedroom also a double with en suite.

The stairs lead us to the top floor where we have 2 more large double bedrooms and a shared shower room.

The area

To have a Villa for sale in Hisaronu this close to where everything is happening and a villa to this standard and price is unusual. All around we have great amenities, shops, markets and every type of food restaurant you could think of , practically on Villa Majestics door step. The old village of kaya Koyu is only 10 minutes away, Oludeniz beach and blue lagoon are only 10 minutes away the other direction and the town of Fethiye with it’s old town and promenade is 25 minutes away. The local bus service to all these places , again 1 minute away!
