Property for sale in YeşilÜzümlü can sometimes be way up the mountain or out of the village but this is the perfect location.

Let’s start with the exterior

Stone walls that are fitting to the surroundings. The gardens have many different parts to explore. We have of course the poolside which has a kidney shaped pool and a great size for family fun. Around the pool area we have also a Turkish Kuş (covered seating area) which is a brilliant area to get out of the sun in the hot summer months to cools down. This can also be used in the winter months as it can close up also. Not only is it practical, but it looks fantastic.

Another part just behind the Kuş is a grassed area that boast many kind of fruit trees and again looks just beautiful. The whole pool area and adjacent is quite wonderful but what awaits us at the back of the villa is quite magnificent.

We have a few good size garden sheds but behind them we have the entertainment garden i would call it. If you have guests i am sure they would love to spend a lot of time here. There is a large working fountain taking center stage. Adjacent to this there is a lovely built in seating area with cushions and table . The other end we have again a very unusual open kitchen area purpose built to entertain. Built in BBQ, marble worktops, storage, fridge etc. Again not only looking great but practical. The gardens go on but what we can say you will fall in love with every part of the outside area as there has been so much attention to detail given everywhere.

The property

The villa is partially stone built with only 1 owner. The entrance has that real country house feel. The first thing that will catch your eye is the wonderful wooden staircase taking you to the upper floor. We pass this and enter into the lounge, kitchen and dining room areas. The lounge walls are stone keeping in fitting with the property. The floors look wooden throughout but are actually wood effect ceramic. The whole ground floor has had a full modern renovation. We have adjacent to the lounge a large dining area with table and chairs plus a large dressing table. Again the interior walls are real stone. The dining area and kitchen are really beautiful.

The kitchen is new modern and again complimenting the villa. Focal point being the island with a black marble surface giving lot’s more worktop space but also lot’s more storage space. The doors are sleek, modern and just so much imagination has gone into the storage space that is here. The kitchen size is large regardless but just a fantastic use of space by the architect!

The main worktops are black marble throughout. All appliances will be left in the sale of the property. Oven, hob, extractor, dish washer, tall fridge freezer to name a few and all top quality. The wonderful thing about the ground level is we have a door from the kitchen to the stunning fountain and seating entertainment area plus another door from the dining area on to a large wrap around terrace that over looks the pool. This can be open in the summer and closed in the winter months. A real large extra seating area.  The ground floor has also a toilet that is quite beautiful with designer sink and utility unit.

Upper floor

The stunning wooden staircase takes you to the next level. All the floors a real wood on this level. We have 3 double bedrooms, 1 en suite and a shared shower room. Bedroom one we would class as the master bedroom is very large with en suite.  The en suite is a shower room with cubicle and vanity unit. Wooden floors and lot’s of big furniture in terms of wardrobes and units. The doors lead you to a small French window with beautiful country views. There is also access to a large balcony that again has the most stunning mountain views plus pool and gardens. You could spend most of your day chilling here easily.

Bedroom two again is very large. Wooden floors and big floor to ceiling built in wardrobes and again access to the same balcony as bedroom one with the same stunning views.

Bedroom Three again is the smallest but still a double. Another balcony with a different mountain view to the back. Stunning.

Remember throughout the property there are central heating radiators that are hidden with a nice wood effect again to blend into the villa style. Each bedroom have these!

The location

Yeşilüzümlü village has got to be the most beautiful in the area. It is real traditional. You can see animals everywhere , villagers going through their normal days work and at the same time they have incorporated facilities like restaurants, cafes, shops etc for the x pat community which is quite high. Üzümlü has kept it’s charm. It is only half an hour by bus from the main square to the town of Fethiye which is stunning with it’s Marina, promenade and parks. There is an open weekly market also which is a great day for locals to all meet up. Tour buses sometimes visit the village so that tells you how important it is in the area. History surrounds the village. On the top we have Cadianda the ancient city which is quite wonderful over looking the village. The beauty is to be seen around the village of Yeşilüzümlü!
