As stated it is in a green area yet very close to the 2 major resorts of Çaliş and Fethiye and is only 45 minutes from the nearest airport. The local bus runs frequently from here taking you to both resorts. The complex boasts , villas, Bungalows, apartments and Town houses. The site is gated with 24 hour manned security at the gates. Can you believe their are 5 swimming pools! Depending on what location your property is will dictate what pool you would use, but you have the choice of using them all. Right next to the Oasis Platinum Apart are 2 large pools and a children’s pool.

The complex is beautiful.  A one way road system is deployed inside the grounds with lot’s of parking space. On site there is also a park Gym, Cafe and let’s not forget a Tennis court for the active. The grounds are stunning and the upkeep is ongoing and at a good standard. You can easily holiday on this complex without leaving. There is a pathway to the sea which has a secluded beach (approx 20 minutes) plus a short drive away (10 minutes) you will find the lovely Karaot beach which has a great restaurant and definitely a place to spend time at if you are the lucky owner of this property.

The property

This property for sale in Turkey is a three bedroom on two floors. There is an apartment below this one. The courtyard that leads you up to this property is very nice and spacious with access to 2 swimming pools which this apartment over looks.  The entrance level has Lounge, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, shower room  and a balcony.

What we can say is the property interior is showroom style throughout. Although coming unfurnished the fixtures and fittings are all quality. So, we enter into the hallway and first come to the stunning modern fitted kitchen. Again the standard is very high with sleek modern doors, marble worktops , built in oven, hob and extractor and finished off with a stunning easy wipe glass backsplash. One of the best fitted kitchens we have seen in an apartment in a long time. Adjacent we have great storage space that leads you to the the lounge. The lounge is facing the back of the complex so very private and quiet. The double doors lead you onto a large balcony which has a built in BBQ and over looks the gardens, pool and offers quite stunning mountain views. From the kitchen to the lounge then to the balcony flows real good!

We have a double room off the lounge area. At the other end of the hallway we have another double bedroom which boasts large built in wardrobes plus a shared shower room. This has ceramics, floor to ceiling and has a glass front with a modern shower. Next we have a vanity unit with mirror and extra storage. Again the quality throughout is impressive!

The upper floor

The Marble stairs take us to the next level. Here we have a huge bedroom that is en suite with 2 large roof terraces. This is a fantastic space! The roadside has a terrace (sun afternoon till evening)  and the back garden area has a roof terrace (sun morning till afternoon). 2 great additions to this property. The views over the garden roof terrace are quite stunning and a must to see.

Overall, If you are looking for a property that is in a quiet area yet just 10 minutes from a town then this is perfect. As stated earlier you do not really need to leave the complex. The site is stunning and duty to care is evident as you walk through the stunning gardens and pool areas. That is just the complex but the apartment compliments the site.
