The location

This apartment for sale in Turkey is in just the best town location if you are looking to be central but in a quiet property. The property is a top floor so no noise from bars, Cafes or restaurants.  Very quiet. There is a real Cafe culture surrounding this property. The parks also are quite brilliant on ıt’s doorstep. Next to the parks we have the promenade where the open bay is, with boats lined up facing restaurants and the main square. Fethiye has other areas that have good shopping just 3 minutes walk and of course the old town is in the same area. From the apartment balcony you can see the castle ruins quite clearly and we also have an Amphitheatre and rock tombs so plenty of history walking distance again.

Fethiye has a 5 star Marina under 10 minutes walk and it’s just beautiful to walk there and the same once you get there. Overall Fethiye is one of the most beautiful towns ( open all year ) in all of Turkey and the infrastructure is excellent. We have across the bay the resort of Çaliş beach which is excellent, walkable, water taxi or you can use the resort to resort flat cycle lane! 20 minutes up the mountain we have the two famous resorts of Hisaronu and Öludeniz. Great night life and great beaches.
