The building is very attractive with columns giving it a grand look. The terrace area also has a built in stone BBQ for those summer months. Access to the pool and gardens can be had from this point also.

Adjacent to the lounge and dining area we have a small kitchen that comes with some built in appliances like oven, hob and extractor fan plus, dishwasher and tall fridge freezer. There is storage space also so although small , everything you would possibly need is here. This level we also have a ground floor shared toilet space.

The middle floor

Marble stairs lead you to the first floor where we have 2 double bedrooms both en suite. One is current with twin beds, built in wardrobes and of course en suite. A really nice balcony also from this bedroom has great views over the tennis court. This is a very quiet and peaceful complex so there is never too much noise , even from the tennis court , but it is a lovely view from this bedroom.

Bedroom 2 is to the inside of the complex facing the swimming pool and gardens. A double bedroom with furnishings, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets etc and again en suite. The double doors lead you onto a wonderful balcony area that overlooks the pool, gardens and restaurant. Stunning views from this point .

Top floor

The marble staircase is wide and easy to walk up and down. It has a good flow. The top floor room is a large double bedroom and the same as the others comes with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Again another en suite bathroom. That is 3 en suites! The double doors from this bedroom lead you to a brilliant roof terrace. Not only is it big but it has the most stunning views of not only the complex area but the country side of Yaniklar. It is all green and beautiful, so this is obviously facing west and a sun trap for all you sun worshipers . A great place to put your sunbeds and get some sun privacy.

The area

Courtside villa complex is in what looks rural but just 10 minutes from Çaliş beach resort. Dalaman airport is only 45 minutes away. There are beaches and forest havens all around this location. Stunningly a beautiful place to own a property. The town of Fethiye is about a 15 minute drive and is quite beautiful also with it’s Marina, old town, promenade, parks, shopping, cafes, restaurants and historical sights. Many top 5 star hotels are now choosing this location to do business.
